Steffen Binder, Managing Director and co-founder of MyPrivateBanking Research. Steffen is Head of Research and oversees the research agenda and analyst teams. He is responsible for creating and developing powerful concepts and relevant content to help our clients navigate a rapidly changing digital environment. As a regular speaker at finance and technology industry events around the globe, Steffen is frequently quoted by leading business media such as the Wall Street Journal, Handelsblatt and the Financial Times. Prior to this, Steffen was Managing Director of Forrester Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He came to Forrester through its acquisition of Forit GmbH, a leading European technology research company, of which he was also a co-founder. Prior to that, Steffen was a partner at Monitor Company (Strategy Consulting). He holds Master’s Degrees in Organizational Behavior from Rutgers University (USA) and in Public Administration from the University of Konstanz (Germany).

Christian Nolterieke, Managing Director and co-founder of MyPrivateBanking Research. As Head of Strategy and Market Development, Christian is responsible for orchestrating the client experience and creating innovative products and services that best serve the company’s clients in more than 20 countries. In this role he leads the client support and sales teams as well as the media relations and conference activities of MyPrivateBanking. Prior to this, Christian was Managing Director of Forrester Germany and Research Director for Forrester’s Central European activities. Christian joined Forrester through it’s acquisition of Forit GmbH, a leading European technology research company, which he also co-founded. Before the launch of Forit he was a project manager at the strategy consulting firm Monitor Company. Christian holds Master’s Degrees in Economics from the University of Hannover (Germany) and in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA).

Rosalia Engchuan, Senior Analyst, has a research focus on the mobile and web presences of wealth managers and banks as well as on the impact of disruptive technologies on the wealth management sector. She specializes in online communication technologies and mobile channel strategies. Rosalia has previously worked as a CSR Analyst in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and as digital media consultant. She studied in Germany and Malaysia and holds a Master Degree in Modern South- and Southeast Asian Studies from the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Carmela Melone, Senior Analyst, specializes in research in the fields of social media for wealth management and mobile apps for financial advisors. Her specific areas of interest are in software benchmarking, channel strategy and online security. Prior to this, she worked at an exchange platform for intellectual property rights, responsible for the digital media marketing strategy. Carmela holds a Master of Science in Economics with specializations in information management and international economics from the University of Hagen (Germany).

Dr. Onawa Promise Lacewell, Analyst, has a research focus on the impact of disruptive technologies on the financial services sector as well as on consumer behavior and global regulation. A particular focus in her work is the rise of automated investments services and breakthrough technologies such as augmented reality. Previously she worked as a Senior Researcher for the WZB Berlin Social Science Center. She holds a PhD in Political Science with specializations in comparative politics and quantitative research methods and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a secondary focus in English.

Roxana Palade, Analyst, specializes in research in the fields of mobile apps for wealth management and online presences of wealth managers. Her specific interest are in the areas of Web 2.0 technologies, vendor management and data mining. Roxana has held a number of research positions in business and academia in Germany, India and Romania. She has a Master’s Degree in British and American Studies from the University of Konstanz (Germany) and a Master’s Degree in Literature from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, lasi (Romania).

Anna Schneider, Analyst, specializes in the Asian wealth management landscape and its everchanging environment in the context of technological, economic and legal/regulatory disruptions. Her specific area of interest is the Chinese financial services sector, its recent developments, technological dynamic and implications for the worldwide wealth management industries. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and Management.

Carolina Cabrera John, Analyst, has a research focus on the topics of Big Data solutions for disruption and optimization in the wealth management and private banking sectors. Carolina holds a Lienciatura in Modern 
Languages from the University of the Andes in Venezuela and is currently pursuing an MA in American Studies at Humboldt University in Germany. She previously worked as an analyst for a market research SaaS company.

Kay Luiz Alave, Junior Analyst, has a research focus that includes the digital strategies and online presence of private banks and wealth management. Previously, she worked as a business and trade journalist in Manila, Philippines and then as a research analyst for a SaaS company in Berlin. She holds a Master of Science in Global Change Management from Hochschule fuer nachhaltige Entwicklung (University for Sustainable Development) in Eberswalde.

Christian Lipski, Senior Adviser, has more than 15 years of experience in reserach and consulting on the best use of digtal media across many industries. His research focus is on online client experience and innovations in the financial services sector. In the past he worked as Senior Analyst and Country Manager Switzerland for Forrester Research and co-founded Soreon Research.  Christian has spoken at numerous events and works with global clients to advise and guide the development of their mobile and digital strategies. Christian holds a Master’s Degree in clinical and industrial and organizational Psychology from the University of Konstanz.
