I disagree with uhnw. Of course it depends on the adviser, but overall i find the have a good and systematic approach and try to consider your personal situation well to offe ra tailor-made solution. And if you are looking for wine days you might just go and buy some. Certainly a much bettser deal than selecting a wealth managers by the amount of perks and negelcting his competence. This can cost you an entire vineyeard ;-)

We used them for about 18 months. They were not very responsive, nor were any of the 'extras' (eg investment seminars, wine days etc) ever offered. We were churned through relationship managers and when we went to them for a new home loan, our local mortgage broker got us a better deal with ANZ than they could. Wouldn't use them again.

my experienced with them was disappointing. poor service, not very responsive, did not check my needs. what else to say?
