I have an excellent deal with them with very low trading fees and almost zero flat fee

I had one adviser who was a complete disaster. very confident, but in fact did not know what he talked about. gave me horrible recommendations for stocks. I asked for a change, got a new one and will see. he is certainyl better than the last one.

They gave me a good rate for trading (pretty high volume) in derivates.

Inspite all the trouble the bank had my adviser managed my portfolio well through the crisis
