gave me excellent conditions on 2nd mortgage. I have re-negotiated my rate and they were fairly accomodating

I disagree. I talked to them last year and I actually felt the are pretty ignorant on the world ouside of Abrcelona. Looked like they are trying hard to broaden view, but I decided to not be their test client.

much better than most banks in my home country. i love the access to the european markets
