if you are a customer in any country you can use their teller machines for free in any country. has saves me a lot over many years travelling around europe

They are GERMANS pick up the phone when you call, answer to emails and return letters. Punctual and orderly, my manager also risk averse - good thing in crash. I think I saved lot of money.
